Private Garden & Deck Renovation

This private garden in the Fan was in need of a complete renovation to create an outdoor living space that would be an extension of the home. The homeowner’s idea was to replace the failing deck with a screened porch and new decking on a single level. Concierge Home Solutions consulted with them and explored options that would best fit their goals for function and style. The result was a new plan for a 2-level main deck off the back of the home that would be connected to a deck and elegant gathering space along the side. Included in this project was a new fence with a locking gate and trash cubby. We added new overhead lighting and floor lights on the side deck as well as a sleek new garage roll up door to replace the old oversized steel door. New hardscaping was installed as a pathway from the deck to the gate and new railings were installed in a striking contrast black powder coated aluminum. Completed in 6 weeks, the homeowners were delighted with their new outdoor relaxing and entertaining areas.
