Master & Half-Bath Complete Renovation

With bold, bright colors featured throughout the home, the homeowners contracted Concierge Home Solutions to provide a complete renovation of two bathrooms.  This is the second renovation project within the past 18 months for these clients. The Concierge team responded quickly to begin the demolition and clear each space down to the floor joists.  New plumbing, electrical and radiant floor heat was installed during the initial stage to accommodate the new fixtures and amenities.  To maximize space, the radiator in the half-bath was removed and capped and replaced by under-floor radiant heating.  New radiant heat elements were installed in the master bath as part of the renovation as well. Both projects were completed simultaneously, working closely with the family to schedule all work around holidays and the family’s travel schedule.
